Our parts departments carry genuine manufacturer components and accessories for the brands we franchise, and can source almost anything else through the factory network — usually within a business day or two for in-region stock.
We sell to retail do-it-yourself customers, to independent repair shops, and to fleets. If you would rather not turn the wrench, the parts counter and the service drive are in the same building, so ordering and installation are one conversation.
What we stock
Fast-moving maintenance items are on the shelf; everything else is ordered against your VIN so the fitment is exact.
- Filters, fluids, belts, plugs, wipers and batteries
- Brake, suspension, steering and driveline components
- Body panels, lighting, glass and trim
- Factory accessories — running boards, tonneau covers, roof racks, hitches, floor liners
- Jeep and Ram off-road and appearance upgrades from the Mopar catalog
- Winter equipment: snow tires, wheel packages, remote start and plow-prep components
Genuine parts versus aftermarket
Genuine parts are the components the vehicle was engineered and validated with. They fit without modification, carry a manufacturer parts warranty, and will not create a warranty dispute if a related component fails later. Aftermarket parts can be less expensive up front, but quality varies widely and fitment problems cost labor hours that erase the savings.
Our honest position: for safety systems, emissions components, electronics and anything still under factory coverage, buy genuine. For a wear item on an older, out-of-warranty vehicle, a quality aftermarket part is a reasonable choice, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Ordering and installation
Call the parts department at the store that franchises your brand with your VIN — the VIN guarantees we send the right part the first time, since a single model year can have several valid variants. We will quote the price and availability on the call, and can hold the part at the counter or schedule installation in the service department at the same time.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I buy parts without having you install them?
- Yes. Our parts counters sell directly to retail customers and to independent shops. Bring or call with your VIN so we match the exact component for your build.
- Do you carry parts for makes you do not sell?
- Our shelves are stocked for the brands we franchise, but common maintenance items and many chassis components for other makes can be sourced through our supplier network on request.
- Are factory accessories covered by warranty?
- Genuine accessories installed by an authorized dealer are covered by the manufacturer's parts and accessories warranty, and when installed at the time of vehicle delivery they generally carry the balance of the new-vehicle warranty term.
